Golf, Good Food, Great Company — and £5,518 Raised!

Back in the summer, we teamed up with our friends at Brightwells Plant & Machinery Auctioneers to help run their brilliant Golf Tournament at Burghill Valley GC

Yes — we had a cracking day helping out.

Yes — our President Andy was on the winning team (well played!).

And yes — the food was absolutely lovely.

But the best bit? Together we raised £5,518 for local Herefordshire charities and community groups.

This week, we’ve been out donating some of those funds — including £500 to Herefordshire Mind, which could fund 33 counselling sessions or provide art materials for 50 people to attend their amazing ArtSpace sessions.

A huge thank you to Steve Powis, a valued member and the driving force behind the event, and to Brightwells, a great local business building on their success at Madley and Leominster.
