Ed Kirk, Director of Rule of Tum joined us in his fab burger restaurant in Hereford to tell us more about how such a successful food empire began to take shape. The story of their creativity in both food, business decisions and navigating a pandemic and current challenges was very interesting to hear. We’re grateful Ed shared his inspiring points of view on just what it takes to achieve the growth they have accomplished. Well done, guys! Burger and beers were also had, of course!
